I love sending flowers to family and friends, and this was such a disappointing experience. While some substitutions are understandable, what was delivered was nothing like what had been ordered: a different color palette, different style of container, and instead of roses there were cheaper flowers. After a specific request for “no lilies” there were several lilies included in the arrangement! This was not a same day delivery request so someone could have reached out to talk about any problem with fulfilling the order. The worst part, other than knowing it wasn’t something my recipient would like, though, is the fact that when I called to inquire about the situation I was told that someone would call me back - and four days later I have not had the courtesy of a return call. A disappointing waste of $105.00.

My friend loved the flowers. They also have great customer service. I ordered the flowers for next day, but she wasn’t going to be in the office, so I called to see if they could deliver same day and they did! Flowers arrived a couple of hours later. It was worth it to see her reaction!

Mrs. James was very pleased with the beautiful birthday arrangement that arrived on time.
